Flexible sizing: Boxes can be swapped for other items at no extra charge — suitcases, bikes, furniture and more. A bike counts as 4 boxes. If it fits in our van, we can store it.

Frequently asked questions
Choose your package above and complete the online checkout — make sure you include your email, phone number, address and preferred collection date. We'll deliver empty boxes to you within 48 hours. You pack, and we collect, store and redeliver. Only pay for what you store — if you use less than your package allows, we'll downgrade and refund you accordingly.
Our boxes are 60cm x 40cm x 40cm — strong double-walled removal boxes. Packing tape is delivered with your order.
You can store almost anything — suitcases, your own boxes and bags, bicycles, furniture, musical instruments and more. If it fits in our van, we can store it. Items cannot be prohibited goods (illegal items, flammable goods etc). Fragile items like mirrors and TVs should be bubble wrapped. Contact us to discuss any larger or unusual items.
Yes — our group packages are designed exactly for this. If collection or drop-off are at different addresses, a small surcharge applies. See our terms and conditions for full surcharge details, or call us on 0161 526 7646 to discuss.
Surcharges only apply for additional services:
- Multiple collection or drop-off locations
- No lift surcharge — if your building has no lift, a small fee applies
- Missed appointment fee — if we need to return to site

Yes — we are open all year round and offer storage beyond the initial six month period. Extensions are invoiced monthly on a pro-rata basis. Contact us to discuss long-term storage options.
Yes — we can collect and deliver outside of Manchester. Price on application based on quantity, size and location. Call us on 0161 526 7646 for a quote.
Yes — you can visit and view your belongings in storage. Please contact us to make an appointment.
We are a locally owned and operated Manchester business with 15+ years experience. We use our own vans and drivers — not couriers or delivery services.
